1. Services Description

innereconrise offers economic mindset training for entrepreneurs designed to enhance entrepreneurial thinking and personal development. Our services include live workshops, online courses (infoproducts), and supportive materials (goods) for enhancing your economic mindset skills.

2. Service Use

All services are intended for legal use only. Users must provide accurate information when registering or purchasing any service or product.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Live Training Services

Due to the nature of live workshops and personal training sessions, refunds are generally not provided after the service date has passed. However, if you notify us at least 5 business days before a scheduled session, we may offer a full refund or reschedule your session for a later date, subject to availability.

Refunds for live services, if granted, will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days.

3.2 Online Infoproducts

For digital courses and materials, you have a 7-day window from the date of purchase to request a refund if you are unsatisfied. After 7 days or if you have accessed all course content, no refunds will be issued. This policy ensures the protection of intellectual property and the quality of our offerings.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 10 business days.

3.3 Physical Goods

For physical materials related to the training, you may return items within 14 calendar days of receipt in unused condition for a full refund or platform.

Returned goods must be sent to our address with prior contact through our contact form. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of returned goods within 14 business days.

4. Transfers and Cancellations

For live services, participants may request to transfer their registration to a future session by informing us at least 5 business days before the original service date. Transfers are subject to availability and cannot be combined with refunds.

Cancellations without proper notice will not be eligible for refund or transfer.
